Neon Drift Rally

Neon Drift Rally knows exactly what it is: loud, fast, and all about sliding sideways through corners. The tracks glow, the soundtrack thumps, and the drift mechanic is forgiving enough that you feel skilled quickly.

Control options matter here. Tilt steering is the default and it's decent, but I switched to tap-to-steer and enjoyed it far more on a crowded bus. You can rebind and resize the on-screen buttons, which more racers should let you do.

The catch is battery. Fifteen minutes and my phone was warm and the meter was dropping fast. Lower the graphics preset in settings and it calms down a lot without losing the vibe. Great in short bursts.
